Support of PC-TCP/IP-Network and Printer connectivity
Hardware & Software Installation/Configuration for old and new PCs etc
Migrated users from existing Lotus Notes/Organiser, CCMail 6.2 to MS Outlook ’97.
Tested, support and troubleshoot PC & Laptop installs before and during the rollout.
Prepared Documentation and Procedures for the project implementation.
Internet settings and configurations through proxy server.
Provided HW/SW support at 2nd/3rd line level, and mini-talks on Palm III Synchronisation;
Worked on Win NT 4.0 Server, TCP/IP, Token Ring, CCMail, Client/Server, etc
